CTI began as the Cincinnati Transplant Institute

We continue to be a leader in the field today with contributions to nearly all transplant-related therapies on the market, including belatacept, basiliximab, cyclosporine, daclizumab, mycophenolate mofetil, sirolimus, tacrolimus, and thymoglobulin.

Over decades of working in sleep research, we have developed a network of research trained, registered polysomnographic technicians.  Our facilities and our personnel are more than equipped to efficiently and expertly execute these types of trials.

In addition to our sleep trials, we have experience in the execution of studies evaluating neurological rare and orphan diseases, psychiatric indications, as well as indications specific to pain perception.  Our medical affairs team includes a board certified neurologist with experience as an investigator and medical monitor across diverse indications within this area.  We attend industry meetings and are members of several societies, including the National Sleep Foundation and the Alzheimer's Foundation of America's National Memory Screening FoundatioImmunology is a complex area of research encompassing diverse patient populations and products that target various aspects of the immune response. CTI has led multi-national development programs that have resulted in dozens of marketing approvals across the spectrum of immunology research, including therapeutics and devices. We understand the challenges associated with drug development in these complex and critically ill patient populations.

Immuno-oncology is the frontier of personalize medicine, and it is an area CTI excels in. Approximately 30% of CTI's most recent programs are in oncology and cell therapy, and over half of our recent projects are deeply rooted in immunological indications. Our approach has stayed true to our therapeutic focus and clinical trial expertise. We focus in complex and critically ill patient populations, bringing a huge reservoir of immunology and cellular therapy expertise to these programs.
