Therapeutic Areas Transplantation

Transplantation is a continually evolving area of research that encompasses complex and critically ill patients with a magnitude of clinical issues. CTI is a leader in this field with contributions to nearly all transplant-related therapies on the market today, including belatacept, basiliximab, cyclosporine, daclizumab, mycophenolate mofetil, sirolimus, tacrolimus, and thymoglobulin. Approximately 50% of our active prospective studies involves transplantation, and of these, nearly half involve regenerative medicine. We've worked with over 10,000 transplant patients in more than 1000 sites across over 30 countries around the world.

Our Medical Directors, including several former transplant surgeons, work closely with the rest of our organization so that project teams are familiar with transplantation and associated complications. We partner with our sponsors for successful drug development planning and execution, as we have unmatched expertise in standards of care, accepted clinical trial endpoints and study designs, and relationships with key opinion leaders.
