CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI), a multi-national, privately held, full-service contract research organization is pleased to announce the promotions of Bonnie Grzegorzewski and Ed Kouche to Director, Business Development RWE and Senior Director, International Accounting & Finance, respectively.
Bonnie came to CTI with the acquisition of S2 Statistical Solutions in 2013. Since then, Bonnie has been instrumental in growing the Real World Evidence (RWE) department. Bonnie’s contributions to the team have included the management of complex programs, production and oversight of projects and deliverables, proposal development and negotiation, and much more. Her strong relationship building skills, leadership, and versatility have been instrumental in the growth of the RWE department.

In her new role, Bonnie will have an even greater role in the development of the department, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with our existing partners.
Ed joined CTI's International Accounting and Finance department in 2013. In his tenure with the department, Ed has assumed progressively more responsibility as the company has grown, handling aspects of financial reporting, transfer pricing, currency exchanges, bank accounts, financial systems, and more for our offices and entities around the world. Ed has also played a significant role in the due diligence for and subsequent integrations of CTI's largest acquisitions.

In his new role, Ed will continue to lead the International Accounting & Finance department, overseeing all of CTI's financial operations outside the US.
