CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services Announces Site of New Global Headquarters
Cincinnati, OH. (Aug. 19, 2016) – CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI), a global, privately held, full-service contract research organization announces that it will relocate its corporate headquarters from the Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash, Ohio 17 miles south to Covington, Kentucky's RiverCenter complex, where it will initially occupy approximately 125,000 square feet. The relocation will help the company consolidate its locations and facilitate future growth.
"We are thrilled for CTI to be starting a new chapter at RiverCenter," according to Timothy J. Schroeder, Founder and CEO. "The local amenities including the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, the Riverfront Commons Park, and the adjacent hotels are important attributes for retention and recruitment of CTI team members."
One of the spurs for the move is the company's expanded international presence, which has required greater technological needs for communication between offices around the world.
Schroeder said, "The technology is critical to this move and our collaboration with the Northern Kentucky Convention Center and the creation of the Northern Kentucky Life Sciences Training Center is an important partnership that will be utilized on a frequent basis."
Another important new partnership for CTI as a part of this move is with Corporex Companies, LLC, the owner of the RiverCenter complex. "We appreciate the opportunity to partner in support of Mr. Schroeder's very dynamic company," said William P. Butler, CEO of Corporex. "CTI's move to the urban core follows a national trend and will be a benefit to the entire community."
CTI will also maintain its presence adjacent to Xavier University as a part of the University Station development. Per Schroeder, "We expect to expand our relationship with Xavier University, including the innovative Health Economics and Outcomes Research graduate program.
CTI ties to the Greater Cincinnati area are strong, including work with University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children's Hospital, among many other local companies within the health industry and business community. "As we continue to expand the company presence in the Tri-state area, we hope to become a model for other companies, in growing our footprint throughout this incredibly rich region. It is a transformative time in the company's history, and we will look back positively on this decision and its impact on the company's ability to move life-changing therapies to patients around the world."
